As I mentioned in my last blog, this week in Ethnobiology we had the opportunity to go foraging and then cook what we made. It was such a wonderful day. I decided to try and make a video to capture a bit of the wonderful feeling. (Also still practicing with this whole video thing, too much fun!) Hope you enjoy!
